Origin of Colombian Popayan Supremo
Popaya is the capital of Cauca departmento in Southwestern Colombia. It is touted as prime coffee growing land in the region. The Cauca region boasts of its optimal environment to grow rich tasting and nutritious coffee beans. With an altitude of 5,700 feet above sea level at the base of Purace Volcano and relative proximity to the equator, coffee beans grow slowly allowing them to develop more flavors and absorb more nutrients from the rich volcanic soil. The Colombian Popayan Supremo offers a delicious mixture of coffee notes, rich flavor, aromatic chocolaty scent, and just the right brightness and body to satisfy every coffee enthusiast.
What Makes Our Columbian Coffee Unique
